Day 1: Thinking about your experiences of supervision, and learning about the functions, stages and stakeholders of supervision. Thinking about reflection, reflexivity, analysis and synthesis

Day 2: Learning more about systemic tools and how to use them within supervisory spaces. Let’s practice together, the Bells that Ring Model – Group Reflection

Day 3: Revisiting day 1 & 2 and exploring more 1-1 (fish bowl  experiences) and group supervision ( half day )
